Our agency just posted a message on their website. It said that the next set of referrals has been completed by the CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs). Yes, you just read that correctly, referrals for this batch HAVE BEEN COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are certainly in this batch because they have issued referrals for every one through March 14th. We are March 15th.!!!
Some where on the other side of the Earth, our file with our picture has been placed with a picture of a sweet little baby girl.
Now, we just need those files to be mailed. It could be in the mail right now or arrive at our agency by the end of the week.
